Complements existing iVigee services, boosting total revenue, and offering a significant advantage to current and future customers
iVigee, pharmacovigilance architects and providers of high-added value services, announce the
acquisition of Covigilant, the Argus Safety Expert company based in Burlington, MA, USA. The
services supporting Oracle Argus and other safety system technologies will significantly boost the
current offerings of iVigee, opening a new revenue stream complementary to existing services and
meeting a strategic objective of becoming an expert Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementor in
pharmacovigilance.
