  • What Subscription Tiers Does iViReg Offer?

    iViReg offers a flexible, tiered subscription model designed to meet a variety of professional needs. Our subscription plans are categorized into three distinct levels: Community, Premium, and Enterprise.

    Community: This foundational level is tailored for users who require essential features such as Questions & Answers and News. It allows you to select up to 10 countries of your choice from our extensive list of more than 90 countries.

    Premium: This level is designed for professionals seeking a more comprehensive toolset. In addition to the Community features, Premium subscribers gain access to 'My Reports', references, version history, and the ability to print and export data. You can also choose up to 50 countries to focus on, with the option to add more for an additional fee.

    Enterprise: This is our most advanced offering, encompassing all the features of the Premium level and adding exclusive modules like the iViReg RIA workflow and AI interface. This level is still in development and requires a direct consultation with our specialized sales team for customization and pricing.

  • Can You Elaborate on the Features Available in Each Subscription Tier?

    Community Subscription: Primarily designed for users who require access to Q&A and News features. This tier does not extend to functionalities like 'My Reports,' version history, or the ability to print and export data.

    Premium Subscription: A more comprehensive package, the Premium subscription incorporates all features available in the Community tier and augments them with 'My Reports,' Version history, and Print and Export capabilities.

    Enterprise Subscription: The most exhaustive offering, the Enterprise subscription includes all Premium features and adds the iViReg RIA workflow module and an AI interface. Please note that this tier is currently under development.

  • Are There Geographical or User Limitations for Each Subscription Level?

    Community: Allows access to 10 countries, selected by the user from a list of over 90 available countries. Additional countries can be included for an extra fee. 

    Premium: Expands user access to 50 countries of their choice, also from the list of over 90 countries. Additional countries can be included for an extra fee. 

    Enterprise: Offers unrestricted global access, encompassing all available countries without any limitations.

    Each subscription is designed for individual use. For multiple users, separate licenses must be purchased.

  • What are the subscription options?

    All iViReg subscription tiers are for 12 months access in advance.

    iViReg Community has the option for a single annual payment with a 10% discount, or for 12 monthly payments.

    Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each term to ensure continuity, with the option to renew manually.

  • What Are the Protocols for Subscription Upgrades or Downgrades?

    For those looking to enhance their iViReg experience, upgrades can be easily initiated at any time. Once you opt for an upgrade, a new 12-month billing cycle will commence, superseding any previous subscription period. This ensures that you can immediately take advantage of the additional features and benefits offered in the higher-tier subscription plan.

    On the other hand, downgrades are not directly facilitated through the platform. If you find that your current subscription level exceeds your needs and you wish to downgrade, we ask that you contact our customer support team for personalized assistance. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to adjust your subscription in a manner that aligns with your requirements.

  • Are There Special Promotions or Discounts Available?

    Yes, special promotions are available for professional organizations.

    Community users with an annual payment schedule will receive one month free. Furthermore, users who have a special discount code are eligible for an extra price reduction in accordance with the terms of the special offer.

  • Is a Free Trial Period Available for iViReg?

    At this time, we do not offer a free trial period for iViReg. However, we understand the importance of making an informed decision. To that end, prospective clients have the opportunity to request a comprehensive product demo. This demo provides an in-depth look at iViReg's features, functionalities, and how it can address your specific pharmacovigilance needs. It serves as an excellent way to explore the platform's capabilities before making a commitment.

  • Is Customer Support Included in the Subscription?

    Yes, customer support is an integral part of all our subscription plans. From the moment you subscribe, a dedicated Customer Success Manager will be assigned to you. Their role is to provide a personalized onboarding experience, guiding you through the various features and functionalities of iViReg to ensure you are fully equipped to maximize the platform's capabilities.
