Our Clinical Safety Leadership Team
Based in Prague, Dr. Petracek has been in pharmacovigilance for over 25 years, and EU QPPV for the last 15. He was the Head of Risk Management at EMA, representing the EU at ICH and ClOMS, and then the CEO of PharmInvent and PrimeVigilance, before founding iVigee.
Jan sets strategy and ensures service exceeds the highest industry standards.
Based in Prague, Dr. Fialova has been in pharmacovigilance for most of her career, having led operations teams at the largest EU providers in drug safety.
As COO, Dr. Fialova oversees our PV department including QPPV office, Project Management, Quality, Vendor Management, and Human Resources.
Based in Boston, Dr. Seto is a cardiologist working in pharma for over 20 years with most of that time in pharmacovigilance. He spent the last 15 years building and leading the global patient safety group at Vertex so understands exactly what it looks like to build a quality PV system.
As CMO, Dr. Seto leads our Safety Physicians and Argus Database Group.
Vijeet joined iVigee in 2024 and oversees all safety database operations including infrastructure, validation, and support.
Previously, as Associate Director at Moderna, he led pharmacovigilance digital transformation, implementing Al-driven case processing and analytics. At EQRx and Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, he managed GxP systems and led Argus database operations. His tenure at Vertex Pharmaceuticals included roles in application development and safety database support, while his early career at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) strengthened his expertise in IT service management and Oracle-based safety systems.
